Registration for conference will be processed electronically through the French Dip 2009 website. Paper registration forms will be available for those who cannot register online. Registration materials for schools and individuals will be available starting February 6, and all registrations must be received by March 6 in order to avoid a $5.00 late fee for each participant, with a maximum of $25 per school. Late registration will be accepted until March 15.
Payment for the conference will be collected at registration, which will take place at the AmericInn from 2PM to 6PM on April 17th. All payments must be in the form of a check written out to UW-Stout.
Individuals bidding for a directorship position that are not CC's for their University must contact the conference chairs by March 15th in order to secure housing. The cost must be covered by the individual's University or by the individual him/herself.
When arriving in Menomonie, please come directly to the AmericInn for conference registration. On Friday April 17, registration will start at 2:00 PM and will close at 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, attendees will receive a packet containing up-to-date conference information, a schedule of events, and their hotel room assignments.
